These may be appealing to children but they are poorly constructed. My child has had these for less than 2 months and all of the heads have come off (and they do not go back together).

Have to agree with the first reviewer in that the materials are incredibly strong. Also, my 3 year old daughter does occasionally get frustrated and ask for help, but when she is playing alone she miraculously is able to get the dresses on/off without whining for help. (Funny how that is...) Only thing that's annoying about this set is the teeny tiny shoes. Grandma got a set and the shoes stay on. We bought a set and go figure, the shoes fall off more easily. These small plastic dolls (about 3" tall) come with two set of dresses (or in the case of Ariel, the mermaid, one dress and a tail), little teeny shoes and a few knick-knacks related to their respective Disney films.
